About VC Champions

This 6-month program pairs principal-level investors with 2 VC General Partners (“Champions”) for 1:1 meetings covering investment strategy, firm dynamics, and career advancement.

Qualifications

✅ You hold a Principal-level role at a venture capital firm.

✅ You have not yet participated in the VC Champions program. As much as we love our cohort participants, we encourage those who have already engaged in a cohort to leverage other All Raise resources.

✅Institutional firms will be prioritized, but CVCs and Family Offices can apply

🤔 Who are the VC Champions?

We call the General Partners who graciously give their time to mentor our program participants, “Champions”. Some examples of our Champions include Holly Maloney (General Catalyst), Wayee Chu (Reach Capital), Angela Strange (Andreessen Horowitz), and Deena Shakir (Lux Capital). 🔢 How many Champions will I receive mentorship from?

Each participant will be matched with 2 Champions throughout the program. Introductions are facilitated on a quarterly basis.

💻 Will Champion meetings be in person or virtual?

We leave it up to the principal to request either in-person or over video. We try to match Champions and participants who live in the same city but it’s not always possible.

💵 Will I be connected to Champions who also invest where I focus?

The VC Champions team does their best to match participants with Champions who have overlapping interests as they relate to the stage, sector, and geography in which you invest. We have 50+ Champions at a range of venture capital firms representing a diverse group of individuals and investment areas.

💲How much does VC Champions cost?

The program costs $99 to participate in, which gives you access to all features, including the 2 GP matches, live events, support guides (which you get lifelong access to), the Program Hub, etc. If this cost inhibits your ability to participate and your firm isn’t able to cover it, email cohorts@allraise.org to inquire about scholarships.

🔛 Does the VC Champions team help with ongoing mentorship facilitation?

We help facilitate the first introduction between a participant and Champion for a one-hour meeting, and provide a library of resources designed to help you build this intro into an ongoing relationship. However, All Raise doesn’t facilitate meetings beyond the first introduction. If the conversation was helpful, we encourage participants to follow-up the Champion directly as the relationship develops, and provide templates and guidance to do so.

🗓️How long is the program?

The H2 2025 VC Champions program will run from July-Dec 2025.
